Shipping and Deliveries

Your Order carries all our love and dedication for you!

  • The preparation and shipping time for your Order is 2 business days.
  • Once your order is on its way we will send you an email with tracking information.
  • Tables and large orders will be delivered by Transport Companies only to the building's reception, condominium or at the entrance of the house during business hours from Monday to Friday.
  • The customer is responsible for the movement of delivery personnel or the packaging of the product in the elevator, doors, hallways and stairs due to weight limits, size, etc. For deliveries to rural areas, please contact our team.

Before placing a Shipping Order:

  • Check cargo access. Due to their size, some trucks may not be able to access certain residential areas. If you are aware that your destination may have this issue, please notify JOOLA Brazil before placing your Order to avoid cancellations.
  • Please provide your phone number in your order and make sure the shipping address is correct. If the shipping address needs to be changed for any reason after the product has been shipped, the carrier will charge an additional fee.

Waiting for the product to arrive

Please check your email. Order updates will be communicated via email. When your order is shipped, you will be notified and receive a tracking number via email.

Check your tracking number. The tracking number lets you know where your shipment is and when it is expected to be delivered.

Arrange for someone to receive the delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery. The product will be delivered to the building's reception, condominium or home entrance. The customer will be responsible for the delivery personnel's movement or the product's storage in the elevator, doors, hallways and stairs due to weight and size limits, etc.

Upon delivery: Check the packaging for damage before accepting. Record the damage with photos/videos. Compare the product with the invoice. If the shipment is delivered and you discover later that it is incorrect, do not unpack the product and contact the customer service team immediately.
