Should the User require any information, clarification or assistance regarding this Privacy and Security Policy, Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. provides the Customer Service Center to receive all communications that the User wishes to make. The Customer Service Center operates through the communication channels listed below: (a) In person during business hours; (b) By telephone 11 98164-3089, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and (c) By correspondence addressed to Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. takes all necessary measures to protect the User's privacy, in compliance with current legislation. This document details the ways in which your personal data is collected, stored, used, shared and disclosed, as well as clearly indicating the measures taken to ensure the protection of the data collected.

4. Collection, use and storage of data

Data Collection: Access Account. To create an Access Account on the Website, the User must complete a registration form, which may vary in complexity depending on the operations intended to be performed. Thus, a simple registration consisting of an e-mail address and zip code will be required to send advertising and promotional messages to the User about products, services, promotions and/or news from Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. A basic Access Account may be created by the User at any time, for course registrations, for example, by filling out a form containing full name, e-mail address, telephone number, zip code, gender, identity document, CPF and creating a password. To make Purchases, the User must create a complete Access Account, providing full name, e-mail address, telephone number, CPF, full address (state, city, neighborhood, street, number, complement, additional information). The data provided by Users will be stored and used by Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. by itself or by third parties hired by it, to provide the products on the Website, carry out commercial transactions, process payments related thereto, share data, send emails with offers, products, services and marketing campaigns, store the history of products viewed, promote retargeting campaigns, customize Website pages, verify bank details to prevent fraud (data will not be stored) and carry out deliveries and returns. The data may be shared with third parties hired by Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. under the terms of this Policy, highlighting that the creation of each Access Account or any registration on the Website, for which it is necessary to send any personal data of the User, presupposes express consent regarding the collection, use, storage and processing of personal data. The User is responsible, in the civil and criminal spheres, for the veracity and updating of the data provided (including personal data) and Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. is exempt from any liability for damages arising from the incomplete, imprecise or inaccurate completion of the registration by the User, by any means or form, or, further, from the improper use of this registration by any third party not authorized to use such data or, further, by third parties who have, duly or improperly, obtained the User's data for access to the Website, acting as if he were.

The registered e-mail will also be used for communication related to the courses in which the Customer is enrolled and to recover the Customer's access password, in case of loss or forgotten password.

Use of data: Advertising via direct mail, e-mail, MMS or SMS. When registering their contact details, the User will have the option to accept or prohibit the sending of advertising messages. Furthermore, the User may change their decision at any time by accessing their Account on the Website or by contacting Customer Service or, alternatively, in the unsubscribe field in the newsletters sent by Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda., in which case the unsubscription from the database may take up to 5 (five) days to be effective.

Use of data: Other forms. In addition to the forms set out above, Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. may, at its sole discretion, use the User's personal data in the following ways: (i) updating registration; (ii) ensuring the User's security; (iii) responding to requests from the User; (iv) providing information about changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use or Policies; (v) preparing statistics regarding the use of the Website, ensuring the User's anonymity, including for the purpose of improving and understanding the User's profile in order to improve the Website; (vi) improving tools for interactivity between the Website and the User, ensuring their anonymity; (vii) complying with court orders; and (viii) defending the rights of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. 5. Sharing and disclosure of data

Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. prioritizes the confidentiality of the User's personal data in its business. Therefore, it undertakes not to disclose, share, provide access to, facilitate access to, rent, sell, exchange or in any other way make such information available to third parties, under any pretext, except in cases expressly authorized by the User, including in the cases indicated below. For the sole purpose of enabling the completion of Purchases on the Website, Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. may share Users' personal data with its business partners, such as payment processing companies, credit card administrators and carriers. In this case, only the personal data essential for the business partner to perform its activity (billing, delivery, etc.) will be shared. Esportivos Ltda. any commercial information, personal creations, ideas, photographs, projects, concepts, etc. (Unsolicited Content). Such Unsolicited Content will be summarily discarded, without any reading or incorporation into the databases of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. Under the terms of the Copyright Law, ideas, abstract conceptions, projects, plans and schemes are not subject to protection in Brazil. Therefore, any use by Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. of any Unsolicited Content will be the result of internal and independent development and may occur freely, with no authorization or compensation being due or required to the user or consumer. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. develops all of its policies and activities independently, and hereby rejects any accusation or allegation of use of Unsolicited Content.

7. Security measures

Technological resources. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. adopts advanced technological resources to ensure the security of all personal data collected and stored. Not even Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. employees have free access to the Users’ database, which is limited to those whose functions require contact with personal data. Among the security measures implemented are the use of modern forms of encryption and the installation of barriers against unauthorized access to the database (firewalls). These measures can be verified by the User by accessing the Website and viewing the “security padlock” in their internet browser.

Password confidentiality. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. recommends that the User keep his/her password completely confidential, avoiding disclosing it to third parties. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. will never ask the User to provide his/her password outside the Website, by telephone, email or any other means of communication. The User's password must be used exclusively when accessing the User's Account on the Website. If the User suspects that his/her password has been exposed to third parties, Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. recommends that the password be changed immediately.

Suspicious emails. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. only sends the User emails with advertising messages, promoting products and services or updating information. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. does not send messages (i) requesting the User's personal data; (ii) requesting the User's password or financial data; (iii) with attached files except PDF documents; or (iv) with links to download files. If you receive an email with such characteristics, disregard it and contact Customer Service.

Credit cards. Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. does not store User financial information, such as credit card information, in its database. The payment approval procedure takes place between the User, the banks and the card administrators, without any intervention by Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda.

No liability. Despite the best efforts of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda., the current state of technology does not allow the creation of a database that is completely secure against attacks. Therefore, Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. is exempt from any liability for damages that may be caused by third parties, including invasions of the Website or database, viruses or information leaks, unless the exclusive fault of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. is proven.

8. Rights of individuals over the data collected

Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. allows the User to make different types of registration, containing more or less information according to their own purpose on the Website. Thus, the User has the possibility of choosing the form of registration, and must fill it out with truthful and updated information. The User declares to be the legitimate owner of his/her personal data and may, at any time, use the Website tools to edit, update or preventively remove them from our database. Esportivos Ltda. will keep the data preventively removed confidential for a period of six months, in order to comply with legal obligations of mandatory storage, definitively discarding them after such period. 9. Use of data in case of change of control of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda.

The data collected may eventually be transferred to a third party in the event of a change of control, acquisition, incorporation, merger or sale of assets of Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. by any means or form.

10. Minors’ data policy

The Website is not intended for minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age. However, access to the Website is not prohibited to minors, since there is no content restricted due to age issues.
