  1. Legal Warranty

All products have a 90-day warranty in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CD) against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt of the product.

  1. Warranty Coverage

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects and technical problems that may arise during proper use of the product. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by incorrect use, falls or accidents.

Natural wear and tear of the product

Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.

  1. How to activate the warranty

Contact our Customer Service Center by email at info@joolabrasil.com or by phone at 11 98164 3089.

Send the Order number or Invoice, detailing the defect and photos of the product.

Important Note: Customers should refuse delivery of any items that appear to be damaged. Returns, refunds or exchanges may not be accepted once an item has been signed for and delivery accepted.

  1. Verification

JOOLA Brazil may request proof of purchase to validate the warranty request.

  1. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to JOOLA for warranty claim. Products must be properly packaged.
