REPENTANCE, EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Joola Brasil Com. de Mat. Esportivos Ltda. has a specific policy to regulate regrets, exchanges and returns of products purchased by Customers on the Website: Exchange and Return Policy. This policy also contains provisions on the Right of Regret. This specific policy is an inseparable part of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

All returns, exchanges or refund requests must first be authorized by contacting our customer service department.

The deadline to make an exchange is 7 days to regret the purchase and 30 days to return/exchange a product from the date of purchase.

To return/exchange your product, it must be unused and contain all accessories and original packaging.

Used or washed garments cannot be returned.

It is necessary to present the purchase invoice to return or exchange the product.

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund, which may take up to 7 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
